For the grant <br /> funds dedicated to the Community Streets Initiative/Safe Streets Program,the Committee deferred the <br /> recommendation of the Scattered Site Housing Case Management Special Human Needs Grant application to <br /> the CHART Leadership. These funding recommendations were based on the priorities adopted by City <br /> Council on November 30, 2016. The Committee's and the CHART funding recommendations are reflected <br /> in the attached resolution. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Approve the Resolution for expenditure of 2017 Human Needs Grant Funding in the amount of$434,000.00. <br /> 29 <br />
