The list will be used by all City departments needing on-call surveying services for <br /> 2017 and 2018. <br /> Funding for each survey assignment(task order)is the responsibility of the tasking Department and is part of <br /> the cost of each project requiring survey services. <br /> The pre-qualified surveying firms are A.S.P.I. Land Surveying&Planning,Bush, Roed&Hitchings,Inc., <br /> CHS Engineers, David Evans &Associates,Inc.,DOWL,Duane Hartman&Associates,Harmsen,Inc., <br /> Metron&Associates,Inc., Otak,Inc.,Pacific Surveying&Engineering,Inc.,Perteet, Inc.,Reid Middleton, <br /> Inc., and Stantec. <br /> With the Council's approval of this agenda item,the Mayor is authorized to sign professional services <br /> agreements approved by the City Attorney's Office for each of the above firms for on-call surveying services <br /> for City projects for 2017 and 2018. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreements for 2017-2018 on-call surveying services. <br /> 33 <br />
