An
inspection of the area on June 17th revealed the area had not
been cleared and i found three small boys between the ages of
6 and B playing in the area.
It is in violation of the City Ordinance to leave rubbish and
debris on the premises. Encl.osed is a copy of the Ordinance
pertaining to rubbish on premses and the penalty for this
violation.
Also, thP structure you left standinq is no longer secure and
children have been observed playing in it. 'Phis structure will
have to remain secured, reaaired or dem.lished.
This is a very grave situation and your immeiiate attention is
required to remedy these conditions.
If yau have any questions, contact the Building Inspection
Department.
Yours truly,
/l ., .L' .y_
rian G.
