When the structures were de;nolist�ed, the area was not cleared af the debris created from the demolitions. It is in violation of the Unifornillousing Code to permit or allow the debris from the demolition of the structures to remain on this property. This situation is of great concern to the City of Everett and the neighbors in the surrounding area. I personally have seen small children playing in the area of the debris, at which time I stopped to talk to them and had them lcave tlie site. As owner of the nroperty. you are responsible for the conditions w}�ich exist on this property. Your 'vnmcdiate attention is reqvired in correcting these •�iolatiens. Your fai�ure to abate thi, situation will result in the City of Everett takinq legal action to have the area clear^_d and a�lien being placed against the propertp for the recovery of rost for such action.
