WA{NINGTON <br />1�i01 <br />Dear pon: <br />Your application for a permit to install a portion of underground power system <br />within the public right-of-way has been ap�roved on October 24, 1979 as per <br />plan (W.O. 986441)• <br />The subject permit approval is based on thc agreement ;hat ail work will bc <br />carried out in accordance with the City of t3verett standards and American <br />Public Works Association specifications for trench excavation and backiilling <br />(Reference: Section 61, par. 3.05 and 3.06).
