,, . <br />Deseription of Proposal • <br />The proposed action is the isauance of e riqht of way use pexmit and buildinq permits to <br />allow the eonstzuccion of a 12-unit condominium project within.two structures. The <br />followinq factors were considered prior to makinq a preliminary decision on this proposal. <br />1. The site is zonad R-3, Muitiple-Family Low-Denaity Residential zone, which would allar <br />the usc: • .. • <br />2. � sinqle family reaidence exists on the site and must be de�olished to allar for <br />construction. Landseapinq fzom previous•structures also exists on the zemaininq <br />portions of the site. Site slopes to the east. � <br />3. Acceas is pmposed via Wetmore Avenue which dead ends at 40th Street. Parkinq <br />currently occurs on both sidee of this street leavinq narrow'access. <br />4.
