An
inspection of the area on June 17th revealed the area had not
been cleared and i found three small boys between the ages of
6 and 8 playing in the arez.
It is in violation of the City Ordinance to leave rubbish and
debris on the premises. Enclosed is a copy of the Ordinance
pertaining to rubbish on premises and the penalty for this
violation.
Also, the structure you left standing is no longer secure and
children have been observed playing in it. This structure will
have to remain secured, reoaired or demolished.
This is a very grave situation and your immediate attention is
required to remedy these conditions.
If you have any questions, contact the Auilding Inspection
Department.
Yours truly,
l
,.rian G.
