When the structures were de�,nolished, the area was not cleared of the debris created from the demolitions. It is in violation of the Gniform tiousing Code to pexr.iit or allow the debris from the demolition of the str�ctures to remain on this property. This situation is of great cencern to tiie City of Everett and the neiahbors in the surrounding arca. I p�ersonally have seen small children playing in the area of the debris, at which time 2 stopped to talk to them and had then leavc ;he �ite.
