.. . �. • .. � - .A . .. . . - FORM S (continued) NOTICE OF IINSAFE IIUZLDZNG(S) Section 7: Violators of any of the provisions of the City of � Everett Building Code shall be quilty of a misdemeanor'and each suc:i vinlator shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day, or portion thereof, during which any violation of any of the provisions of said building code is committed, continued, or permitted, and npon conviction of any such violation such violator shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by both such a fine and imprisonment. Section B: If the work soecified in this notice is performed by the City of Everett Building Official the costs of said work shall be charged to the owner(s) or parties in interest of the real property on which said building(s), or structure(s), thereof is (are) located and unless such costs have been previously paid by said owner(s) or parties in interest such costs shall be levied and collected as a special assessment aqainst said real property. Section 9: This notice and official action is pursuant to and in accordance with the City of Everett Suilding Code, Chapter 16.04 Everett City Code adopting and amending the Uniform Building Code, 1973 Edition prepared by the International Confernce of Building Officials. Copies of said code are available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, Everett City Hall, Everett, Washington.
