An
inspection of the area on June 17th revealed the area had not
been cleared and i found thrv:e small boys between the ages of
6 and 8 playing in the area.
It is in violation of the City Ordinance to leave rubbish and
debris on the premiaes. Enclosed is a copy of the Ordinance
pertaining to rubbish on premises and the penalty for this
violation.
Also, the structure you left standing is no longer secure and
children have been observed playing in it. This structure will
have to remain secured, reaaired or demolished.
This is a very grae situation and your immediate attenti.on is
required to remedy these conditions.
If you have any questions, contact the Building Inspection
Department.
Yours truly,
/l ' ,`J -1'
rian G.
