To be allowed to construct a carport on the north <br />side of my house (located at 430 Wetmore, Everett) <br />approximitely 2d' x 28' in size. To do this, the <br />north corner of proposed structure will stop at property <br />line. 7he planned structure will match existing house <br />and wil� not block any adjacent properties, view, or <br />otherwise harm the appearance of surroundings. <br />This will enable me to keep my vehicles, etc., off <br />the street of Wetmore Ave. <br />The property owner north of my property has been <br />allowed to build to the same property line and has <br />created no adverse affect on the neighborhood. <br />
