A start and finish date will be required with a seven (7) day <br />grace period. A$20.00 per day laLe fee will i�e ndded starting <br />on the eiyhth uay. This includes clean up. <br />3. All safety precautions must be taken at all times to insure the <br />safety of small children and animals. Any injury resulting from <br />lack of safety is the fu12 responsibility of the Ayers. <br />4. Must supply a saperate box from main water line. N:� T off of <br />5316 Wetmore will be allowed. Box shall not be morE! than two (2) <br />inches above ground and placed in a spot as per discussion with <br />home ownera. <br />5. This is an easement between Mr. & Mrs. Marvin Ayera and Mr. & Mrs. <br />John Mendenhall that for the sum of S3,000.00 a water line (1) <br />will be run the northern aix (6) feet oP the Mendenhall's <br />property to the Ayera� property. <br />6. Marvin must asaume full responsibility for proper permits to dig <br />as to ensure no existing gas, water or electric lines will be <br />disturbed. If they are, they will be replaced or fixed at his <br />expenae. <br />7. The Mendenhalls' will photograph said pipe route and supply both <br />parties with a copy. This is to protect the Mendenhall's property. <br />- Driveway is asphalt gravel mix with no mud or pot holes. it <br />must be restored to a mud free driveway by either paving or <br />gravel. <br />- Patio in front of garage doors must be left untouched. Any <br />damage to concrete will be fixed. <br />- Shed floor is uneven broken concrete, but it is dry and mud <br />free. It will be returned to a solid mud free floor. <br />- NO damage to tree roots will be allowed. Any damage to roots <br />that cauae the trees to die or become uneafe will be the Ayers <br />responsibility to despose of and replace trees within the next <br />five (5) years. <br />- Blackberry bushes may be destroyed. Pipe must be placed as <br />not to interfere with future landscape projects. All refuse <br />must be r.emoved at t1�e Ayers expense. - <br />Page 2 . . . <br />
