McCAULEY <br />and JAN£ F. McCAULEY, who are the owners of Lot 21, Block 3, Laurel <br />Heights, according to Plats thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, <br />page 54, records of Snohomish County, an electrical line easement <br />under the following described property: <br />A three foot wide easement for electrical <br />service on a portion of Lot 20, Block 3, Laurel <br />Heights according to Plat thereof recorded in <br />Volume 10 of Plats, Page 54, records of <br />Snohomish County, Weshi.ngton, the centerline <br />of said easement described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot <br />20; thence North 90 degrees, 0 minutes, 0 <br />seconds West, alona the South line of Lot 20, <br />a distance of .5 feet to the true point of <br />beginning of said centerline; thence North 42 <br />deqrees, 6 minutes, 8 seconds West, a distance <br />of 63.35 feet to a point of the South line of <br />t�he North 13 feet of said Lot 20, said point <br />beinq the terminus of said centerline, situated <br />in the County of Snohomish, State of <br />Washington. <br />THE EASEMENT described in this instrument is to and shall run <br />with the land and shall be for the benefit and use of the owners <br />of Lot 21 and the South 13 feet of Lot 20, Block 3, Laurel Heiqhts, <br />accordinq to Plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Pl.ats, page 54, <br />records of Snohomish County, said easement is for the benefit of <br />JOHN W.
