Driveway access to this lot must be secured from the alley. Please make <br />nacessary changes to both the house and site plans. <br />2. Silt fences are required at the top of bank along the North property <br />line. Please show these on the site plan. <br />3. Initital inspection indicates that there may have been fill placed in the <br />building pad area. Please provide preliminary soils reconnaissance to <br />assure the adequacy of the bearing of the soil.
