Plans do not meet the prescriptive requirements for lateral bracing per Section 2326.4 <br />and Table 23-I-W UBC. <br />2. Provide window schedule. Addition is required to comply with WA State Energy Code <br />(WSEC) on its own. The percentage of glazmg is a percentage of the addition only. <br />3. Show how addidon complies with the requirements of the WSEC by Chapter 4-Systems <br />Analysis, Chapter 5-Component Performance or Chapter 6-Prescripuve. <br />4. Provide minimum 100 CFM fan in ldtchen. <br />5. Specify on plans how foundation is ventilated per Section 2317.7 UBC. <br />6. Specify species and grade of all framing lumber. <br />7. Specify tempered glass in required hazardous locations. <br />8. Provide roof framing plart.
