All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br />2. All work shatl be perfortned in accordance with the pertnit and curtent City of Everett Design and Construction Standards <br />and Specifications. <br />3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hrs before you dig. TOLL FREE NUMBER 871 �- <br />4. Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 60", 602, 604. <br />5. Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett Storm Manual <br />3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See attachment for more details. <br />6. The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage routing prior to beginning <br />the project. Call Randy Allen at 425-339-7403 <br />7. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw bales, <br />swales, or erosion blankets. <br />8. Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br />9. All excavated meterial from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to sn approved, permitted site. <br />No wasting of material is allowed on this building iot. <br />10. No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be trocked onto roadway. <br />11. No building materials to be stacked on sidewalk/roadway and sidewalk/roadway to be kept clean and open far <br />pedestrian travel. <br />12. Adjust water meter box 1" abovr; sidewalk grade. <br />13. Remove and replace curb, gult�:r and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A 8 306 on ihis <br />proposal's frontage as directed by �he Pubtic Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any broken or <br />damaged area must be replacad ). <br />14.
