According to Snohomish County Assessor's records the abovs <br />structures were constructed prior to December 1, 1956. <br />The residence fails to meet the required five-foot (5') interior side setback from the north <br />property line, as well as the required twenty foot front setback from the west property <br />line. <br />Re(er to the altached site plan, provided by ihe property owner, (�r information regarding <br />specific building setbacks, building height, and building dimensions. <br />Decision: I hereby find that the use and setbacks for the above structure(s! are <br />recognized as legal non-conforming and meet the City of Evere!t Zoning Code in effect <br />at ihe time of construction.
