The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage routing prior to beginning the proiect. 7. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankels. 8. Remove erosion control measures upon complelion of the project prior to final approval �f the permit. 9. No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. 10. No building materials to be stacked on roadway and roadway to be kept clean and open for pedestrian travel. 11. Adjust water meter box 1" above sidewaik grade. 12. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Evarett Standard Plan #'s 305.4 & 306 on this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). 13.
