EASEMEIVT <br />damages are caused by or result from the concurrent negligence of (a) the Gcancor, its agents, <br />successors or assigns, and (b) the Ciry, its officers, employees or agents, this indemnity <br />provision shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permiued by law. The Grantor <br />specifically and exnresslv waives anv immunity under Industrial Insurance Tide 51 RCW and <br />acimowled¢es that this waive� has been mutuallY negotiaud by the parties <br />7.
