PROJECT OVERVIEW <br />MAY 26, 2006 <br />PAGE 1 <br />This stormwatcr site plan is for the proposcd church sitc for Madison Community Church The <br />proposed development is �he construction of a 15,500 sf church building and associated parking <br />arca at 6902 Wetmore Avenue in the City of Everett, see Figure 1: Vicinity Map. TLe total site <br />consists of four tax parcels, though only lhe southem three will be further de�zloped as part of <br />this proposal. The fouth parccl is at the corner of Wetmore Avenue and Madison Street and <br />currently contains an old church building and classroom/office building. No improvements are <br />proposed on this parcel, other than landscaping and construction of street improvements along <br />Wctmore Avcnue. As such this report only considers the three parcels that will contain the new <br />building and parking improvements. <br />The 2.40 acre parcel curcently contains two liouses and several outbuildings. Improvements will <br />include frontage improvements, intcmal parking and the installation of utilities for the new <br />building including stottnwater treatment and detention. Access ro the property is From Wetmore <br />Avcnuc along the east side of the site. The site is boundod ro the north, south and west by single <br />fumily residential developments. To the west lics an un-opened allcy right-of-way.
