Any work done <br /> in the public right-of-way requires a public works permit. A blank permit <br /> form was sent to you so that you could complete it and return it to our <br /> office. This completed form was never returned to us. <br /> In order for this fence to remain in its present location, it will have to be <br /> shortened to 42" and a public works permit must be taken out. The cost of the <br /> permit is $20.00. <br /> Please contact our office at 259-8811 by January 16th or we will be required <br /> to turn this matter over to our legal department. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> ALFRED R.
