Site plans (2 sheets), �4 copies <br />5. check <br />This applicalion seeks work related lo interior renovation of lhe existing building, known as <br />Anner 2, located al the southwest corner of the College. <br />It was originally a single family residence, one stary structure with no basement, converted <br />for mllege use. The work does not involve structural or addition. <br />Phase I: Renovation of Annex 2. <br />The program for Phase 1 includes: erhibition room (show room), two offices, storage, <br />conference, reading/ rnmputer room, reception ra�m (meeting room) and restrooms, within ti�e <br />e�eisting Anner 2 building. <br />The e�isting electrical furnace will be replaced with a heat-pump and single-glazed <br />windows will be replaced with new ones meeting current energy codes. No additions or <br />structural work will be involved at this phase. <br />All eristing eleclrical wiring will be upgraded. <br />The e�isling restroom will be enlarged lo provide one for each sec, and is designed in such a <br />way to provide fully "accessible" facilities at lhe time of completion of the Phase II, which <br />includes additional areas and plumbing fi�tures to meet wheel chair accessibility. <br />The small e�isling "addition" (12's2d' appro�J located at lhe east side of lhe building will <br />be demolished al Phase 11.
