The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See attachment for <br />more details. <br />The contraclor musl meet wilh the Public Works Inspector lo discuss polential drainage routing prior to <br />beginning the {�roject. <br />Inslall erosion conirol measures as determined by the Public Works inspeclor, such as sill fence, slraw <br />bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of lhe project prior to final approval of the permit. <br />All excavated malerial from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, <br />permitted sile. No wasling of malerlal is allowed on this building lol. <br />No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />No building materials lo be stacked on sidewalks and sidewalks to be kept dean and open for <br />pedestrian Iravel. <br />Adjust waler meter box 1" above sidewalk grade. <br />Remove and replace curb, guller and sidewalk as per Cil,v of Everelt Standard Plan #'s 305A & 306 on <br />this proposal's frontage as directed by Ihe Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any <br />broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />Install a Type I concrele driveway per Ciry of Everett Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway trom the fronl property line oul to the street paving. <br />20.
