The Unifornt Building Code provides that <br />all permits expire by limitation if the work authoriud by the permit is suspended or abandoned <br />at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent the pemuts <br />from expiring without dceumentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request inspections of work that hes occurred; to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 1 SO day extension. <br />Please provide the permit number when requesting inspections or extensions. Please respond <br />within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department for micmfilming <br />without final approval.
