Habitable rooms shall be provided with natural ventilation by means of openable exterior openings with an area of not less than one twentieth of the floor area with a minimum of 5 s.f. A mechanical system may be substituted for an exterior opening. Provide a response letter showing where each item in this correction letter is addressed on the plan set. Upon resubmital of the drawings, your application will be given prioriry and plan review will commence. All required submittals shall be of sufficient detail and contain su�cient information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
