The Uniform Building Code provides that all <br />permiu expire by limication if the work au�horiud by the permic is suspended or abandoned <br />at any time after work is commenced for a period of 18C days. If you wish to prevent the <br />permic from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspeaion of work that haz occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days.
