Said test is to be ze- <br />corded in a log book as to persons or company �erforming <br />the test, as well as time and date of said test. This <br />log is to be kept available for inspection by this divi- <br />sion. <br />2. Replace the missing handle on the standpipe connection <br />located on the 3rd floor N.I�. exit smoke tower. <br />3. Properly seal up the luveres in the laundrx room doors <br />with fire resistive materials. Said material shall make <br />the space sealed equivalent to the rest �f the solid core <br />door. <br />4. Repair the fire doors so that the doars will operate <br />freely and close completely when released as follows: <br />The fire dooYs to the smoke towers on the north-east <br />caanes of the building, first floox. • <br />5. Install a closing device on the fire doors and adjuat • <br />same so that the doors will close cor�plet:ely when re- <br />leased as follows: Doors on the �econd iloor, leading , <br />to smoke towers north-east and north-west corners. : <br />A reinspection of this�complex shall be conducted on or after <br />February 6, 1977. Please see that the aformentioned violations <br />will be corrected. Your cooperation concerning the removal of <br />the fire and life safety hazards will be appreciated.
