Refcame over the back roof <br />areas of the house with a new gable style roof (4 in 12 <br />pitch) starting on the east side of the house main gable <br />roof e�nd running to the far west side of the carport <br />(be�droom included). Check attached drawings for <br />loc:ation. Note the existing roof over the carport <br />bedroom north end to be saved as much as possible and at <br />thc� same time a new support beam (sized to code) to be <br />pl�aced across the bedroom for the new rafters to rest <br />on, Complete the bedroom roof by tying the existing <br />ronf into the new framing. Extend all gable roof ends <br />aruund the entire house at least 12" and trim out with <br />clear 2" thick matching barge boards (clear). Extend <br />tne new and existing rafter L•ails beyond the houae wall <br />at least 12". This work is to take place at all lower <br />portions of the roofs along the north side and around <br />the nocth end of the bedroom - storag� �oom. Add clear <br />2" x 6" fascia all the way aroiind the house in <br />preparation for new gutters. <br />Cover all house roof areas, except the flat carport <br />roof, with 1/2" CDX plywood and install fiberglass <br />shingles (20 year warranty to be registered with the <br />roofing manufacturer).
