The International Building Code provides that all permits expire <br />by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after <br />work is commenced for a period of 180 days. This permit will expire on November 23, 2004 and <br />outstanding corrections should be resolved before that expiration date. If you wish to prevent the <br />permit from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2� Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />If the permit is allowed to expire, the file will be sent to our Records Department for <br />microfilming without final approval.
