Casino Road. When construction ofthe building at 1]06 E. Casino Road was underway, drainage <br />concems were addressed by the city and the bu9lder. The drainage improvements were installed and <br />readdressed in 1994 at your request. It is also our understanding that you provided an easement to <br />th:,, property owner for the conveyance of drainage. <br />In 1994, the owner of 1106 E. Casino Road was sent a letter stating the concerns and methods to <br />reconstruct the drainage system so it would function as designed. <br />During a recent visit to your residence, the condition of the drainage system was observed to be in <br />need of maintenance.
