<br />provide safe and efficient facilities for vehicle and pede:trian trafficj and
<br />Wt�REAS, Ordinance No. 555-78 requires, in part, a developer to improve
<br />street and alley rights-of-�wayj or at the discret3on of ti�e City Engineer, a
<br />developer may convey and execute in the favor of the City of Everett an
<br />irretrocable poorer of attorney for the sole purpose of casting a wte, siqninq
<br />a petition or othezwise assentinq to the formation of a Local Impmvement
<br />Distsict.

<br />pursuant to Ordinance No. 555-78 and in lieu of certain required street and/or

<br />in and the Developer does by these prer.ents convey to the City such limited
<br />interest in the followi.ng described land, to wit:
