<br />Lot #9, hooking Lot #9's sewer onto Lot s sewer connection an
<br />that we are opposed to the connecting of the sewer from the home on
<br />Lot #9 to the sewer line on Lot #8.
<br />This "Larimer Ridge" plat was designed and engineered for Lot #9's
<br />sewer to be connected to the sewer line located under Yew Street, and
<br />not go through Lot #8 to the sewer line servicing Lots 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8.
<br />The undersigned feel there is enough, if not too many already,
<br />that are connected to said sewer line and we ask the "Larimer Ridge
<br />Home Owners Association" to see that Lot #9 does not connect onto our
<br />sewer line and that a copy nf this be sent certified to Gar Jesso
<br />Construction Co. and the Engineer Department in the City o Everett.
