This comection must be done per the following <br />conditions: <br />1. An easement for sidesewer constructi�n and maintenance must be granted to <br />Lot �19 from Lot fi8. This easement must be recorded against Lot 8 and a <br />copy provided to the City of E•�erett. <br />E <br />3. <br />The sewer manhole must be core-drilled and channeled to provide a <br />completely separate conrectiun for this sidesewer. <br />The installation must adhere to the City of Everett's Design and <br />Construction Manual. <br />Consideration for this sidesewer connection was based on the fo.11owing <br />criteria: <br />1. As defined above, this sewer connection will meet all applicable Everett <br />Municipal Codes and Everett Cesign Standards. <br />2, The sewer main being connected to, is owned, operated and maintained by <br />the City of Everett for use by anyone who can meet the City's requirements <br />for connection to it. <br />3.
