I presume that <br />`.- it was in re�ards to the note I sent your office in which I pre- <br />sumed I'd get a letter back on and not "Occupant". Along that <br />line I notice thzt on page 2 a copy of the letter was sent to <br />several addresses on Yew Street that felt they were affected by <br />your decision. I hope th�� got them as only 3 of us, on that <br />list, live here on Yew Street. I sent you the rests' present <br />address on the petition form. <br />I hope Mr Crawford that you had and considered all the facts <br />on your decision• A fact I didn't have was the sewer line going <br />East on the South side of Mr. Greers' lot 6 from Yew Street. I <br />was told there were 3 sew�=.r 1�_nes here. One between lots 18 - 21 <br />and 15 - 17 North and South and it going East past lots 21 and <br />lot 1. Another line running up Yew Street and the other one <br />running from lot 8 to lot 1 on East side of homes. <br />Your plat didn't show any sewer lines on Yew Street from <br />running South from lot 18 - 21 or between those lots and the lots <br />West of them? <br />1• With what was shown that apparently makes 14� or more <br />homes ending up on an 8" line? <br />2. The major concern now then, is are you aware that lot 8 <br />is such a lousy building site that a building on that lot will <br />probably call for tlie sewage to be pumped up hill to the connection <br />on lot 8 and that would make 3 homes 7-8-9 connecting in matter of <br />15' to 20' area and lot 8 probably pumped in to it, not to mention <br />lot 6 close by. <br />You are in the business to know if there is no danger in this <br />type situation Mr. Crawford and if there is none then owners of <br />lots 6 and 7 and even 8 and 9 would and should appreciate a letter <br />from your department to us so stating. <br />S�lY� l <br />Dick Conaway ����v� <br />Owner of Lot 7 and also <br />President of the "I,arimer Ridge <br />Home Owners Association" <br />7025 Yew Street <br />Everett, WA 98zo3 <br />
