On August 28, 2013, City Council authorized a Request <br /> for Qualifications,to support various grant-related activities to include community outreach, site inventory, <br /> assessment,prioritization and redevelopment/cleanup planning. A Professional Services Agreement was <br /> awarded to Stantec Consulting Services,Inc. in December 2013 to cover the three-year grant period. <br /> This amendment includes additional funds of$2,580.70 to complete a change in the scope of the project, and <br /> also extend the completion date of the project from September 30, 2016 to March 31, 2017. The additional <br /> funds are reimbursed from the grant. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Stantec <br /> Consulting Services, Inc. for the EPA Brownfields Community-Wide Assessment Grant for an additional <br /> cost of$2,580.70 and extending the completion date to March 31, 2017. <br /> 13 <br />
