The <br />inspection was made by Tim Tyler, Building Official, <br />John Hildinger, Code Compliance Technician, and myself, <br />Code Compliance Officer. The purpose of the inspectiun <br />was to determine: <br />1. If the building was safe for tenants to enter and <br />perform remaining clean-up. <br />2. The southeast weight-bearing wall (leading down to <br />the basement) must be repaired by removing the <br />deterioreted concrete and replacing it with new <br />footing; then build stud wall to existing f?.00r <br />with treated lumber. <br />2. Replace cut floor joists by the trap door in base- <br />ment. <br />3. Replace dry rotted post in basement. <br />4. Install water pruof floor covering in the upstairs <br />bathroom. <br />5. Sheet rock wall which has been installed to divide <br />the upstairs bedroom. <br />,.� <br />
