( S ��8: <br />9. <br />10. <br />11. <br />12. <br />13. <br />14. <br />PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />As per Public Works approved plan dated <br />Connect side sewer per City Stanc'arri #E01. <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard ;�'s 601, 602, 604. <br />Connect all rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />RooFtop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett <br />Sturm Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br />attachment for more details. <br />The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />routing prior to beginning the project. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt <br />fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion control measures per Ciry of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the <br />permit. <br />All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an <br />approved, permitted site. N� wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />15. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on this prop�sal's irontage as directed by tlie Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br />dri�e�vays and any broken or dar,iaged area must be replaced). <br />16. Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett S`andard #307. <br />17. Pave driveway from the front property line out to the street paving. <br />18. Contact the Water District for connecting provisions for this building's <br />water and sewer services. <br />19. <br />20. <br />A catch basin as per City Standard Plan #402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is <br />required for the parking area. <br />If a sewer pump sysiem i;; to be installed, the pressure line must discharge into a private <br />manhole, then gravity flov� across the pubiic right-of-way. <br />21.
