I On May 30, 2003,thc appellanis talked to E3ecky Fauver at ihe Planning Depazlment Service 2 Counter and she stated Mr. Reinerlsen had been in earlier that day and that he v as ceasing 3 construction of the deck to work on a pertnit application--the appellants retumed home to find 4 Mr. Reinerlsen continuing conswction of his deck. Mr. Reinertsen stated he did not intend to get a 5 permit. The appellants infortned Mr. Reinertsen he needeci to get u pertnit. Craig Dilworth called 6 Mr. Reinertsen the 1'ollowing Sunday to wnfirtn/reiterate thal Mr. Reinertsen needed to get a permit 7 for his deck projcct(Deposiiion of Kaaren Reinerlsen, DP KR page 68 lines 13-23). 8 On May 30,2005 a p;rmit application was filed(entire contenq of the file for site 3301 Shore 9 Avenue is hereby included via reference).
