I called the other day to get permit information on this , and to see if design perimeters wera available that you might requir : . I was told that no permit would be issued for an R.V. dump at a private residence and was given y�ur name in case my client wants to look into this further. At the request of my client, I am writing to appeal for a permit to '�1 allow an R.V. dump at his home. I am sure that he is perfectly willing to construct it to any normal commercial specification that ��' you would require , including appropriate re-grading of the driveway , proper surfacing and a locking cap .
