The surface water is collected on Shore Avenue for several <br /> hundred feet� and run through pipe to the bank above the railroad <br /> tracks. At this outlet point the bank is washing away and creating <br /> a serious situation. <br /> At the present time no darnage has been done to the yard area� but it <br /> could happen during any srrious storm. The slope of the bank is <br /> approximately 60 degrees, which creates a very difficult and costly <br /> � maintenance problem. <br /> Now, would you please investigate this situation and avise me of <br /> possibie solutions? <br /> (The sanitary sewer line on Shore Avenue is approximately 16' deep at <br /> this location.) <br /> Thanks for your assistance. <br />
