The Intemational Building Code and the Intemational <br /> Residential Code state that all permits expire if the work authorized by the permits is suspended <br /> or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the work is commenced. Work under this permit <br /> will no longer be authorized unless you: <br /> 1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occutred since <br /> yourlastinspection,or <br /> 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed,or <br /> 3) Submit a written requcst for a 180 day extension,detailingjustifiable cause for extension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days. After that time your permit file will be sent to our Records <br /> Department for micrufilming�vithout documentation of final approval. These records are <br /> available to prospective buyers ar�d lending instimtions. If you wish to resume work in the <br /> future, a new permit must be obtained.
