In checking the elevations of the proposed structure,
you are exceeding the maximum height limitation which will prohibit the City
oF Everett from tssuing a construction permit until such time as the height
question is solved.
There are several avenues that may be utilized to eliminate this sStuation.
A couple of approaches could be to:
7 . Change the grades at the foundation.
2. Seek a variance of the height limitation through the City of
Everett Board of Adfustment.
If you choose to utilize the Board of Adjustment you should contact Mr. Don
Wood in the Planning Department, Second Floor, City Hall , 259-8731 .
If the grades are changed, new plans shall be required showing the cha9es.
If there are any further questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact
this office.
Res tfully,
 -. z--
L.
