The site plan submitted does not show the actual site conditions that currently exist on this property. Revise site pian to reflect all current structures, driveway and proposed covered deck. 2. The cross section on sheet S-2 shows the existing house with the same pitch as the proposed covered deck. The existing roof has a much lower pitch than the proposed covered deck. In fact, the proposed covered deck roo��vill extend above the existing roof. 3. A site visit revealed that there is a fireplace located on the south side of the house that tivould not allow the covered deck to be built as proposed in the constr:�ction drawings submi��ed. Revise drawings to reflect construction around the existing fireplace. 9.
