July 31, 2013 <br /> RESOLUTION — PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6642 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the city of Everett in the amount <br /> of$3,596,979.64 for the period ending July 13, 2013. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Affholter who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING —ANNEXATION OF AREA ALONG 19TH AVENUE SE <br /> Council President Moore opened a public hearing regarding a proposed <br /> resolution accepting the 10% petition and notice of intent of annexation of <br /> area along 19th Avenue SE and north of 108th Street SE and south of <br /> 106th Street SE. <br /> Allan Giffen, Planning, gave a brief overview of the proposed resolution. <br /> President Moore invited public comment. There was no response. <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Affholter who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — NOTICE OF INTENT OF ANNEXATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to adopt Resolution No. 6643 accepting the 10% petition and <br /> 209 <br />
