July 31, 2013 <br /> STREET CLOSURE — 2ND ANNUAL EVERETT CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the closure of Hoyt Avenue, Hewitt to Everett <br /> Avenue, on August 17, 2013, 12 p.m. to 8 pm., for the 2nd Annual <br /> Everett Craft Beer Festival sponsored by the Washington Beer <br /> Commission and Experience Everett. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher asked that a list of property owners be <br /> provided by the City Clerk's office for future street closures. <br /> Laurie May, Everett, expressed concern regarding the event hours and <br /> noise. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Affholter who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> STREET CLOSURE — EXPERIENCE EVERETT MOBILE FOOD TRUCK <br /> FESTIVAL <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson, to authorize the closure of Hoyt Avenue, Hewitt to Everett <br /> Avenue, on August 18, 2013, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., for an Experience <br /> Everett Mobile Food Truck Festival sponsored by Experience Everett. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Affholter who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 211 <br />
