On two-Ehirds of the site would be two buildings ' <br /> with 14 units meaauring 35 feet in height. On the remaining 1/3 of the propetty one <br /> 110' x 90' x 50' high building would ,c'ontain 34,units. Seventy [hree parking spaces would <br /> be included on the site. <br /> The following factors were considered prior to making a preliminary decision on this proposal <br /> 1. The site is zoned R-4 and located in the urban shoreline environment:. <br /> 2. The shoreline master program allows this use in the urban environment ' <br /> 3. The project will not significantly interfere with shoreline_ views. <br /> 4. The project will conduct its operations in accordance with existing air and water <br /> quality regulations. � <br /> 5. The project will comply with the City of Cverett's Drainage <br /> 6. The site shall have a landscaping plan to replace the vegetation being lost. <br /> 7. Main access will be from Silver Lake Road and a 200' improved controlled access onto <br /> Silver Lake Drive. <br /> 8. Existing four inch waterline is not adequate for fire flow. <br /> 9.
