<br /> WATER:
<br /> There is a 4" steel main on Weat Silver Lake Road with a static pressure of about
<br /> 55 psi with no hydrants within a reasonable distance of the site. The provision of
<br /> adequate fire protection by meana of City water maina to this site will require a
<br /> subatantial main replacement project. Perhaps an alternative source for fire-fight-
<br /> ing water supply ahould be conaidered (i. e. the lake).
<br /> SEWER:
<br /> There is a 12" main near the lake shore crossing the site with one existing connec-
<br /> tion to the site. There is also a 15" main on West Silver Lake Road.
<br /> DRAINAGE:
<br /> On-site detention would be unnecessary provided that runoff is diacharged to the
<br /> lake through a gravel filter section with provision for sediment removal and after
<br /> pasaing through a DO�-approved oil separator.
