The deve: �ment should participate in the project increasing <br /> ped safety in accoc•dance with the cond's increasing the hazard. The increased <br /> hazard can be mee�sured in terms of vehicle volume increase-�a.bout 350 additional <br /> trips to the existing 2800 (+ 12.5%). The developer should be�e"`3'�1i�ible <br /> for12.5% of the path construction. <br /> b. The approximate 1100' length from the south park boundery to the south <br /> City limit alon�; the eastern side of Silver Lake Drive should be improved <br /> with a 4 foot asphalt pathway providing a place for ped/bike traffic outside <br /> of the approximate 20 foot roadway. <br /> c. Review of the 14/112th St. intersection should be rnade by the dev�loper <br /> evaluating intersection operation and signal warrants with the increas�d <br /> traffic. <br /> d.
