Section 30.060.B.2 requires <br /> y o� projects in the UFFD and not under the shoreline permit process <br /> to obtain a Flood Plain Development Permit. The project shall be <br /> reviewed using Review Proce�s IIB. The Planning Director, usinq <br /> • Review Process II.B, is authorized to " . . .approve, disapprove or <br /> approve with conditions the use proposed by the applicant" <br /> (Subsection 41.iG0.B) . If no appeal is filed in response to the <br /> Planning Director's determination, the decision will be <br /> considered final. If an appeal of the decision is filed, such an <br /> �,� appeal must be suUmitted to the City's Hearinq Examiner.
