Upon completion of the <br /> revislon, and no later than July 1, 1987, the Applicant shall submit <br /> a complete survey map which will become the official site plan for <br /> ! the 3ilver Shoree Mobile Home Park. All lots and sitee located on <br /> the official alte plan shall be considered permitted uses. <br /> il 6. The Applicant shall provide a detailed landscaping plan showing type, <br /> size and locations of all plantings in the front yard setback areas <br /> (established in condition i3 above)� the area ahere the mobile home <br /> park is ad�acent to the single family residences (a minim� of a <br /> 5-foot wide� 6-foot high landscape barrier� such as pine trees <br /> planted 15 feet on center or a hedge-type trees or bushes xhich in <br /> time will create a visual barrier), and the areas around the three <br /> homes on lots 1, 8 and 63 that need further separation from the <br /> internal road system. <br /> 8. The Applicant in (and) the City shall stipulate to a requirement fcr <br /> . oceupancy permits for each future� relocated and/or additional mobile <br /> home on the sub�ect property. No oceupancy permits may be granted <br /> until it is determined that the Applicant has met the conditions for <br /> placement. <br /> 9. All relocations necessary to comply with City requirements <br /> established in this Decision be aceomplished in a twelve (12) month <br /> time frame. <br />
